Wonderful hotel perfectly located just outside the Torres del Paine park entrance with a magnificent view of the massif from our room. The staff are so kind and helpful. Valentina gave us so many help ideas and useful information before we arrived and during our stay. A very big thank you🙏 Great breakfast set us up for our active day and a delicious dinner too. We would definitely come here again!

Hotel tres pratique pour visiter le lac Grey et le sud du parc. Par contre, pour les marches du W, on est est loin et la route est longue. Sinon l hotel est tres bien.

The staff are helpful and amazing. They went above and beyond to help and answer all my questions. Valentina and rest of the front desk staff are amazing. I would consider this place again for my next visit just for them. I stayed in the outdoor cabin, Internet in general across the property is non-existent. The bathroom is really small but there is no heater and it can get very cold in the morning. The beds have wheels that are not locked, so, it keeps moving. I wouldn't stay in the cabin if am visiting in the winter or shoulder season. The breakfast is ok ok. Very minimal and basic. The restaurant food for dinner service is great but the price is a little steep. I guess the location premium.

O Hotel é bom. Fiquei na cabana que é muito legal, bem diferente, mas um pouco pequena. Estava sozinho e consegui me organizar bem ali dentro, em duas pessoas já seria sofrível. Fui mordido pelo cachorro do hotel, que dizem ser dócil, sem qualquer justificativa e sem um pedido de desculpas.

We loved everything about this great lodge. The front desk people were lovely and super helpful especially Denise & the young lady who checked us in ! The packed lunches were great and the dinner service with Dayana was tremendous.Her effort with English was so lovely !

Everything was perfect…the staff was more than helpful and kind…the food at the restaurant was a kind of chilean fusion food. Always excellent. The owners Jorghans and Loreto absolutly friendly and super kind. I only can suggest to everyone Who wants to stay a few days in Torres del Paine the most beautiful Park of the World…than Morrena Lodge is the best choice. Saludos cariñosos desde Andrea!

Accused of being an alcoholic

This was our worst stay in our whole time touring South America, so our advice would be not to bother. My wife and I got food poisoning during our stay and we believe this can only have been from our evening meal at the hotel as we had been hiking the day before so not eaten anywhere else. The sickness ruined our entire stay and we politely reported it to the front desk the following morning. We were then told that it could not possibly be the seafood we ate the night before as no one else and in the hotel had gotten sick. Instead the manager produced another lady who purported to be a doctor: she said that she had been through our meal receipt (!) and that our sickness was probably caused by excessive alcohol! We had drank one glass of white wine and one pisco sour each... We could not believe any hotel would talk to their customers like this - it was incredible but in-keeping with the weird and unwelcoming atmosphere in the hotel in general. (There is a list in each room telling you the price to replace anything you might break, it's that sort of place). The food and accomodation was by far the worst value we encountered on our trip. We also stayed in the 4* Spa hotel near to this place and the food there was much better and half the price. Our advice would be to pay a bit extra and stop there. PS. The bedside lamps are a wonder to behold. They have the brightness of a single Christmas tree light!

Rapport qualité prix: Mauvais. Chambre maisonnette: extrêmement petite, glaciale, indigne d’un hôtel de ce prix. Valises laissées à l’extérieur faute de place. Décevant en tout point. Dîner par contre excellent

A great stay. Great breakfast and friendly staff. Nice area with horses and cows in the backyard. 40 mins drive to Lake Pehoe and 1:30h drive to Base Torre hike trail. Would stay there again.

In der Lodge wird der Gast vom sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereitem Personal englisch sprachig begrüßt. Für das Servicepersonal im Restaurant gilt das Gleiche. Die Zimmer sind klein und ohne Schreibtisch, aber es gibt eine gemütliche Lounge mit Blick auf die Berge. Lediglich die Ausschilderung zur Lodge könnte verbessert werden. Frühstück und Abendessen sind sehr gut. Die Lodge ist ortsüblich teuer.
