This was beyond my expectation. Normally the hotels that I stayed in Tokyo are very tiny, which we wouldnt have much space to walk if we have our suitcases opened. But the rooms in East Square are spacious and there are dinning area which we could enjoy meals and snacks and drinks everyday together. Staffs are friendly and helpful, and the environment nearly are quiet and safe. Definitely will recommend to my friends who come for family trip.

櫃檯人員服務態度非常好 除了會介紹公共設備 還會帶人進入房間介紹房間裡面的設備 英文也說的很流利 溝通上沒有障礙 我住的是可以住到六人的房間（兩個人睡榻榻米） 有流理台跟洗衣機 還有提供餐具跟鍋具等 相當齊全 住起來也相當舒適 下次來還會考慮

At check in, we were greeted by a friendly staff who gave us very detailed briefing of the apartment and facilities. The rooms were spotless. Only complaint is that the hot water would turn cold for 1-2 seconds during a shower and lack of hooks or towel rods to hang our clothes and towels. There was only 1 clothes rack that could barely accommodate all our winter jackets. Otherwise, it was a very pleasant stay, located near several convenience shops and eateries, a short walk to the metro station and easy to get to almost everywhere.

Excelente, recomendo.
Foi maravilhoso. Acomodações confortáveis, localizado em bairro silencioso, com restaurantes pertos e estações de metrô. Location is near the metro however, only 1 exit has an elevator. The rest only has stairs. Property manager was extremely friendly and was able to speak English well. He took the time to show us the room. He also recommended some food options nearby to us. Highly recommended stay and we will definitely want to return!

Perfect appartement
Een geweldig appartement met alle faciliteiten om als gezin te verblijven. Dichtbij openbaar vervoer en citycentrum. Het was schoon, ruim en bood met een eettafel ook ruimte om samen te eten. De receptie was altijd vriendelijk en gastvrij. Wij zouden deze accommodatie weeer opnieuw boeken als we in Tokyo verblijven.

The staff were so kind and helped us with our inquiries. The amenities were wonderful and the rooms were traditional, comfortable, and spacious. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants easy access to Morishita station as the distance is so convenient.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. The rooms were spacious, clean and well equipped. We had separate bedrooms with their own AC so when you closed the door you were still comfortable. Brand new washing machine. Great shower and loved the kitchen. Lots of complimentary goodies - from crackers to instant soup to instant coffee. Best of all were the staff on site - friendly, helpful, kind and thoughtful. I would definitely come back and will recommend to as many people as I can. Actually, out of five properties this was definitely by far the best - a perfect 10.

Our stay at Square EAST Tokyo was very comfortable. The staff was very accommodating to our early check-in request. The apartment was very clean, spacious, comfortable and fully equipped. It was a short walk to the subway. Highly recommend!

EAST Square Tokyo was a great stay! It is clean and the staff are great. They welcomed us and make check-in seamless. They showed us to our room and showed us all the amenities. The location of the hotel is near the Lawson (only 1 minute), making it super convenient. Also, they provide water, snacks, and coffee. The room is easily accessible. Don’t need to worry about a key as everything is through keypad. Lastly, they provide clean sheets and panjamas which were comfortable. Overall a great stay and I highly recommend.
