God central beliggenhed. Pænt værelse og badeværelse. Gode opholds muligheder ved restaurant, der serverede fin morgenbuffet

Breakfast: very poor in quality, choice and service personnel. I stayed two nights and I decided to leave the second Breakfast at the hotel.

I love staying here when I visit family. It’s in walking distance to many shopping and eating places and is a very artistic area. The staff here is always very friendly and accommodating.

We spent a very comfortable night in Norwich at the Premier Inn on Duke Street. It is ideally located for eating out, historic attractions, and shopping. The room was pleasant and clean, and the bed helped us sleep around 9 hours! Staff were helpful too. Would stay there again when visiting the city.

One of the Best Hotel you could choose

Great place to stay and will be my first choice in any city in the world I find Premier in in it. The staff are well trained and very polite and helpful.

Ligger lige ved centrum. Lidt kedelig morgenmad. Meget varme dyner. Meget hjælpsomt personale

The staff are friendly and it is conveniently located. My room was clean however the overall decor is a little run down. The breakfast was ok not the best, but happy there was a restaurant.

The room was brutally hot during our stay, which didn't make for restful sleep. However, the staff were brilliant and provided us with brand new fans, and bottles of cold water which helped the kids get to sleep. The room itself is in need of a deep clean. We had a family room - the beds were really comfortable with clean bedding and towels. All of the staff we met were very friendly, helpful and accommodated my requests, which really improved our overall experience here. Please install ac in the standard rooms because the location is so convenient but the lack of air con would put me off staying here again during summer months. Thank you to Susanna for being awesome today!

My key stopped working before our stay ended. When the lady at reception came to let us in, she took both keys, leaving us without electricity. This was not a significant issue, as we left shortly afterwards. I understand it was a mistake; however, the woman’s response when I brought it to her attention was not particularly warm.

OK

The room was OK, but the hotel is not special. It is correct.

Close to the wedding location we were attending?

Staff were friendly and excellent and location is what we expected and room and comfort was very good. The only thing we were not too happy was the free drink with the meal which was house wine as we had RED and WHITE which were not very good as we did express that to the staff there? Also There were no BRANDY in the evening on Saturday around 9pm?

Great hotel

Staff at this hotel are a huge credit to Premier Inn. I have visited a couple of times and they have always gone the extra mile. In addition, the rooms are spacious , clean and very comfortable.

Close to city center, cafes, historical sites

It was warm weather, and not all the rooms had working air conditioning. We were moved to one with a working unit and were comfortable. The hotel was quiet and within walking distance of what we wanted to see.

Broken Air con!

Room unbearably hot as the air con was broken, as a result no sleep. The staff knew about it and said it has been broken since January! So much for the 'garanteed good nights sleep or your money back'..............all i was told was we dont advetise it as a air conditioned hotel!!! Dreadful

Good hotel. Difficult to park nearby except in multistory. Multistory paid for by Premier Inn.

Convenient City Centre Hotel

Stayed overnight for a football match. Got a good night's sleep despite city centre location and it being a weekend.

Great location, close to shops

A must when visiting Norwich, so close to town centre. Accommodation great, bar & restaurant idea for relaxing after a busy day shopping.

Rather noisy hotel close to city centre

Our room overlooked a very busy road and as the room did not seem to have double glazing, it was very noisy.

Standard hotel in Norwich.

Centrally placed Premier Inn, close to town but no parking on site. Good breakfast and service as you would expect.

Good value and location. Comfortable and friendly.

This hotel is deceptively close to the city centre. On arrival, it looks a bit out of the way, but less than 5 minutes walk takes you to the main shopping areas, the theatre, restaurants, etc. It is comfortable, clean and friendly. When in Norwich on business I invariably stay here as it is good value and very convenient to walk to a variety of restaurants in the evening. (The Last Wine Bar is a favourite.) Parking is also free, albeit a short walk up the road in the multi-storey car park.
