Great location for SAP events, walking distance to venue, restaurants, bars. Don’t be fooled by the hotel exterior… the interior is modern , spacious and clean . They have just redone their bar and lounge . It’s historic and absolutely gorgeous. Room is spacious and clean, mattress a bit firm. Our concert was rescheduled so we are returning for another stay. Looking forward to it!

Great location from sap concert we were attending. Easy parking. Only thing is I was disappointed that lobby was being renovated. This wasn’t shared on site and one of Reasons I picked hotel to lounge and bar. Also would have liked some local channels in room or to watch us open tennis final.

Anthony the Manager was very friendly and welcoming! Enjoyed our one night stay, even in the mist of renovations. Very close to downtown restaurants, one block walking distance. And cafe on site is delicious and definitely worth it!!!

真實評價

8/10 很好

The room was comfortable for two with plenty of space. The bathroom was very clean which we appreciated. My only complaint was the AC - it was really warm in the room when we entered it and it took a while for it to kick in. Overall, it was convenient for a one night stay.

Due to maintenance upgrades, the hotel televisions were not available. The room was clean and welcoming. However, I could not take a shower because the water remained cold. I reported this to the manager and they gave me a thirty percent discount. That was a pleasant surprise.
