As soon as we pulled in the parking lot, I knew the pictures didnt show the flaws. It took forever for us to get checked in. Once we got the our room, I knew we wouldnt be staying. The room smelled horrible. There were fingerprints and dried food on the tables and cabinets. Ill let you use your imagination on what was in/on the bed. I immediately called hotels.com and they called the hotel to request a refund. The hotel said they could not do that because there was not a manager there. We were moved to another room. It smelled better, but was not clean, the walls had paint missing, the lamp shade was busted and to top it off, my 5 year old found multiple THC gummies on the floor. I went down and asked for a refund again and was told i would receive one. I never did. It was a terrible experience. The rooms looked nothing like the picture. My children did not feel comfortable there. As much as i want my refund back, im just glad we left and was able to find a much better hotel for only $20 more.
