We loved our stay. We were only staying for the night due to electricity being down and having an infant that we didn’t want to get overheated. Our room was clean, and had plenty of room. The staff were all friendly. We loved the breakfast that’s included. The attendant maintaining the breakfast was very sweet as well! All in all, if we ever had to book a hotel for any reason, we’d choose this one again.

We had a great one-night stay. The room was nice and big and roomy and super clean. The breakfast was fairly good. My husband and I were pleasantly surprised and left full to continue our trip. We are actually staying in another Holiday Inn Express tonight in Florida because we were so impressed.

The overall appearance of the facility was great and our room was large and comfortable. The best thing was they have Costa coffee and it's ground as you go 😁. Really, it was nice, it's in a great location, and the staff was professional. My spot from now on when visiting Fayetteville.

Free parking, clean room and comfy bed. Only drawback was the shower door kept sliding open.

Clean room, great gym, lots of shopping and restaurants in the area.
真實評價

2/10 欠佳

Bugs with wings. Bugs in blankets, ants all over outside furniture. Filled trash cans everywhere inside and out for days. Female staff worker demanded after me asking to curve over to opposite side of trolley so she could have her face close to mine knowing I am walking with a broken foot and cast. No wheel chair for the handicap as I am. Stained floors in room. And a strange listening device with a red light inches from the bathroom in the room. Horrible customer service or people relation other than the employee man that stayed silent as the man in the suit and another employee heckles me and told me not to stay there again if I didn't like it

Beside the loud motorcycle noise the experience was great. The bed extremely comfortable, showers clean, bathroom is clean and mirror is marvelous. For a one bedroom it's extremely spacious compared to other hotels i've visited. kudos to you guys!

Star was extremely accommodating. Whitney was excellent and very helpful. It was late check in & system was acting up but he did everything to assist me and assure that we would be cared for. He was respectful and attentive. Made the stay great!

Very nice hotel in the ‘ville near the malls. Great value that gets you an exceedingly comfortable room, above-average breakfast, and a very clean hotel. We’d stay again.
