The pool was the best part — the kids had a lot of fun on the waterslide! Everything else was either so so or bad. Food took forever— both for dinner and breakfast. Items were missing from our ur dinner order which took an hour to arrive. We opted for ala cart menu for breakfast — 3 orders of pancakes — which took over 30 min and were all raw on the inside. Our room had a lovely view but It was dusty and run down so not a place we’d want to hang. My iced coffee from the coffee bar was $8.00 and came from a bottle of coffee concentrate (meaning not even made in house) I was glad we only stayed one night — the pool was fun but otherwise we were ready to go.

There was food in the dresser drawer when we arrived. There was food or some substance floating around in the pool. The floor in the pool area was filthy. I left my hair diffuser in the room and got zero response after going there to ask about it and calling several times. The furniture in the room was beat. Was terrible for what we expected of a Hilton hotel. We left after the first night and finished out our stay elsewhere

The Park Vista was super nice. The staff were fantastic, the restaurant was very good, the coffee bar was a great touch, live music being played in the lobby/bar almost every night. The rooms were nice, very roomy refrigerator for a hotel room. The coffee maker is a pod type so keep that in mind if you are thinking of bringing your own beans. No in room microwave, but there is one near the elevators. The rooms could use a few more plugs, with all the devices now, our family of four was running out of outlets for phones/tablets/computers/smart watches, etc. The pool was top notch. Two slides into two separate pools. A small kiddy pool and a hot tub. The upper pool was heated well, the lower pool was cooler which was good for when you got too warm. There is a snack bar near the pool which was nice. It's an indoor pool as well so weather wouldn't be a concern. The trolley picking up/dropping off throughout the day is a perk everyone should take advantage of. With parking at $20+ per day, this is a great way to avoid that and still get to see all the great stuff on the strip. The views were great, the building is iconic for Gatlinburg, there were bears to be seen, so make sure not to have any food in your car or it could get messy.

The room was little older than I thought. We got the room on the 15th floors as we requested so we were very happy about it. The view was beautiful with walk out balcony. I wish breakfast was included with the price we paid but overall were happy with it.

No glass cups are provided in the room which seems really weird but they said they had problems with people dropping them from the balconies. The breakfast buffet is fine but not worth paying for unless you get it with your room.

We loved our visit from the time we checked in at the front desk to the time we checked out. Staff was friendly and hospitable, place was clean and well maintained. We were there during spring break and even though it was a crazy busy time that wasn’t reflected in our visit by staff or amenities. They kept up very well with the added guests and made a smooth visit. We look forward to going back again.

Not the best vacation! This was our second time staying here and it was not the same experience unfortunately! I called letting them know we would be there earlier than check in and the lady on the phone assured me that between 12:30-1 they flip a lot of rooms I would just have to pay a $25 early check in fee. That was not the case we sat for hours walking up numerous times asking if a room was available yet as me and my family sat in the lobby. I watched numerous people check in early as I was still told there were no rooms available. Our room was clean but had no water pressure so showering was terrible. The pool area is a free for all now that there is a bar in there! Parents are to busy drinking than watching their children. It was very busy and parents were letting their kids go down the slide 10 kids at a time. My son got kicked in the face because of this going on. I had parents move our stuff off chairs when we were in the pool one day. This trip was so bad that we left a day early and called it a loss. The check out guy was nice. Also had a terrible experience with them trying to still charge me for the 4th day of parking and the lady on phone was rude telling me it don’t show we checked out early and that she would have to make sure our room key wasn’t used in order to refund me for parking. Just all around not a good experience and this was our second time here planning to be our yearly family vacation.

Room is dated but was VERY clean, the staff was excellent— every encounter. We didn’t do the breakfast buffet because it was $$, but we did enjoy room service once. They do charge a $3.50 fee to bring it up, then an unknown service charge for the cook, and then you still have to tip. Food was delicious. (Fees plus One pizza & 6 wings was $78– which is pricy for us). We were there 3 nights and saw a bear our first night and then four bears the night before we checked out. Getting up to the hotel is probably a HUGE challenge in winter months. You cannot walk to Gatlinburg fun but there is a trolley every 30 minutes. It fills up fast— but the drivers will cram you in! We will go back to Gatlinburg but probably not this hotel. Loved it though!!!
