The room was super clean, the restaurants were amazing. I loved that the gift shop was open 24 hours, the free trolly was an amazing surprise (it goes to downtown gatlinburg). The breakfast buffet was super delicious. They had a pianist playing every morning which was super cool too! The pool was fun for the teenagers I had with me just to chill out at the end of the night. Every staff member I talked to was so friendly.

The room was big and comfortable; my only complaint is the a/c didn’t cool the room as much as I prefer (I like it around 68 and it never got below 70). This was probably the quietest room I’ve had in a while. I heard nothing- no traffic, no people, and I love that! The trolley picks up at the hotel, so no need to drive and park in town. Beds were comfortable and plenty of pillows.

Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Room was clean. But hotel has some issues with a few things like leaking shower head that drips onto an aluminum-like plate making noise. Air conditioning in the bedroom also loud. No microwave. Surrounding view was OUTSTANDING. Exercise room great and very clean. Pool was beautiful and clean.

Hotel is in a perfect spot for Gatlinburg, Tennessee, sitting up away from downtown. The Tram was perfect to take you downtown with several stops to get you where you want to go. The hotel has a restaurant and bar, a patio to set out side and enjoy your drinks. It has a pool which we did not use. Would recommend highly.
