倫敦朗廷酒店

I ordered superior room from 28/4 to 4/5. So far, the staffs were very helpful and friendly that I have ever seen. However, the assigned room was not like the room’s description posted at their Langham hotel official website. They mention that the hotel room features large picture windows, plenty of natural daylight, and a gorgeous courtyard or city view. But, my room did not have any view. It has faced to so dirty roof top. I never open the window during my holiday. I was very disappointed I paid so much money for about 6 nights but resulted I got the room with such bad view. Could you please check if they provided the incorrect room type for me?

总体还不错，但是管理不够人性化。我每年住那么多次这个酒店，还是会员，说只能延迟退房到2点，但是我们带着孩子，一堆行李而且白天要出去买些东西回来打包，只是因为飞机是晚上，申请4点回来取行李再退房都不可以。以后不会住伦敦这间了！

With designated staff who greeted one at the hotel entrance when our car arrived then proceeded to check in with the staff done in one’s own room, these are epitomises of the attentive, client-centred services. On the other hand the shower could be stronger, as compared to other good hotels.

Very good as expected.
