The location of the room was great. The room was very clean and very nice. It was self check in, but the staff was very helpful over WhatsApp. They reached out to me before I even arrived, in case I had any questions. I would definitely stay here again.

Elevator was broken... so we climbed, and climbed the whole time we were there, 3 days.

There is an elevator but it didn’t work well when we were there. 35+ steps up to our room. Room was clean but very small. It is a little worn. Desk, bathroom vanity, walls, all could use a fresh coat of paint or fixed. We loved the location. Very safe right by Parliament. They have tea and coffee in the common room along with a shared refrigerator. It was very quiet.

Centrally located - easy walking distance to Patheon, Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. And right beside the always busy Giolotti gelato. Great restaurants everywhere. We used the nearby bus stop often for Vatican City and Coliseum. Room is in a guesthouse with no front desk but communication and instructions on how to access was straightforward and clear. While it was on the 2nd floor, it’s 4 flights of stairs up. Elevator only worked on our last stay. Room was clean and spacious (relatively). Unfortunately the safe needed to be reset so we couldn’t use. Blackout curtains. Quiet. AC worked well. We would stay here again.

The place is very well situated, the room is clean and confortable, the only thing that can be better is the shower, the service was really good.

Everything's pretty good, the only down sides are pillows too soft and the water container of the espresso machine in the common area needs cleaning more often.
