Hotel muito bem localizado, mas está em reforma. Pessoal do atendimento bem prestativo e prontos a ajudarem. Tivemos que pagar o checkin antecipado, mas valeu a pena.

The room was fine but small. There were no drawers for storing clothes, etc. The location was great - near the Dam and lots of shops and restaurants around. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Great place to stay if you’re visiting Amsterdam. Besides the scaffolding and construction going on at the hotel at the time of our visit, the only issue I would say we had was the rooms and bathrooms were tiny and the bed was a little too hard for my liking. Overall, it was a good stay because it was very close and walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. There’s also a bar and restaurant attached.

This is a fantastic property centrally located near all the main districts and within walking distance to almost every major attraction. Although the hotel is currently undergoing exterior renovations, it was not bothersome at all. The rooms were exceptionally clean and featured comfortable beds, along with several thoughtful extras that you don't typically find in other hotels. The staff was incredibly helpful, always ready to provide local recommendations, from dining spots to transportation advice. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the street noise was well-muffled. If you are looking for a place to stay in this area, this is definitely my top pick.

The room was very dark. Mite lighting would be helpful. Our drain was blocked and took 2 days to be resolved.
