The reviews that led me to book here were very misleading. It is under construction, which is no big deal. However, the whole place smelled horrible. The heat in the 1st room didnt work. I was given a 2nd room in which the heat did not work either. There were hairs all over one of the beds. The only positive was the front desk gentleman was very nice/apologetic. I was not able to get a refund since I booked 3rd party. He did offer me a 3rd room, but at that point I cut my losses. I did not stay.

I would have given this hotel higher ratings, but they were going through a major re-model. The service was very good, the staff friendly. The internet worked well. My room must have been recently remodeled and was quite pleasant. However, during my stay, the pool was being redone and good portion of the drive was filled with shipping pods. All total, a nice hotel but not fancy.

Nice and clean. The staff was helpful in accommodating our special needs. Good standard breakfast. The only issue is the bed frame. There is a black metal support that extends beyond the mattress and I ran into it with my shin. Huge bruise. This site does not allow me to post pictures. Not happy about it.

Check in was great. However, our air conditioner quit working and we were roasting at 2 am. We called the front desk and the guy said that someone would look at it. So we dressed and waited. Nothing. 20 minutes later my husband called again. This time they gave us another room. That was the only issue. The rooms were recently remodeled, everything was clean. The bed wasnt terribly uncomfortable. It just sucked that we had to switch rooms at 2 am.
