DO NOT STAY HERE! There were zero towels, shampoo, conditioner, or soap in my room at check in. Took 2 hours to get towels. The tv remote was so sticky it didn’t work. My room was right next to a room that had the window busted out and glass shards were everywhere. There was a huge gap under my room door that led directly to the outside. A large rat could have fit through. The exercise room was out of order. The pool/hot tub was closed. The only ice maker in the whole hotel was broken. Zero water pressure in shower. The breakfast only included waffles, eggs and biscuits. Nothing else. Coffee was empty. And the rate was $185 per night. Ridiculous.

The hotel was awful. There were plug fixtures tripping people from not being secured to the floor, the manager didn’t show up Sunday morning when we wanted to discuss our concerns and issues with our stay. The girl at the front said the manager was coming in one hour at 8:00, checked again at 9:30 and all of a sudden she told us the manager is coming at some point today if they do come. The elevator broke and had to attempt to walk up 3 flights of stairs which was not possible being confined to a walker. Vomit stains by elevator and what I presume to be coffee stains on the wall. Requested a walk in handicap shower and was told they only have tubs at this hotel and extended family ended up in a handicap room with a walk in shower in the same hotel. Handicap button for door did not work and door was heavy to open.

It looked like it was probably a decent place unfortunately our room was NOT clean. Mildew in the shower and around the sink drain, needed to be vacuumed -- the last guests' room key was on the floor. A large, very visible stain on the side of the couch.There was only one washcloth in the bathroom and 2 towels, and toiletries had not been restocked (only conditioner and a bar of soap were provided).

The room was dirtier than we imagined. The doors were dirty near the he handles. The carpet was wet and the floor in the restroom was wet still. The shower didn't drain and was clogged up so we took one shower. It drained out into the bathroom floor and into the room. Found old marinara Togo cups sticking from under the bed. We just got in late and didn't notice till the morning.

The staff was nice. My key card didnt work sp i had to go back down from the 6th floor, across the entire hallway with my luggage just to get it working, then back up again to my room. The bed sheet had a stain on it, but nothing super concerning. The shower was clean, but the water would not drain very well so i was standing in about 3 inches of water the entire time. Other than that, the bed was comfy, the room was spacious. The walls are pretty thin, i could hear the people a few doors down having sex, but it didnt last too long.

The lounge area when you walk into the hotel is very nice. It looks like they spent a lot of money updating. However, the room we had was disgusting. There were water stains on the ceiling. The bathroom was not clean. There were no plugs in the room to plug in phones or hairdryers. It was one of the worst hotel rooms. I’ve stayed in in Lubbock.
