The location was great & very near the colosseum but the room was musty, not very clean, the floor tiles were cracked in places, the AC taking forever to cool down the very hot room & this was in October! It was okay but not great

Tim and his wife are absolutely amazing! I loved the evening chats and the personal knowledge of the area. This hotel is the extremely centrally located to 90% of the major attractions, Colosseum, Trevi, Pantheon, Forum and Tiber River are all within a 20 minute walk. Many, many restaurants are within a 5 minute walk. Hotel is dated but extremely clean. Perfect location.

Very nice small boutique hotel Friendly staff very accommodating! My only complaint and not a major one is that it has a very, very small elevator which will be out of service. The entire time that I am here! My room is on the 4th floor and I use a Walker.It may be difficult for me to leave. The staff said they will assist me when I need it! Beautiful little bar restaurant in the basement , where the breakfast is served. Basic breast fest! I would gladly come back to this hotel again

This place is interesting. I think if a single lady checked in they would freakout. Strange greeting and very old school with lots of paperwork. Only saw three rental rooms. Just a hallway with rooms attached. It is old and not updated. Mold in bathroom.

Main door to our Inn was a problem. You have to be buzz in for Inn -for the door to be open. BUT buzzer was broken. No way to get inside. We had to wait for very kind neighbors to let us inside. This Inn is on second floor (per USA standards) with many stairs to climb. Elevator is / was broken, so if you have heavy luggage with you, you will be sweating. Great location, charming old historical building, very basic accommodation. For one night ok . If you are staying longer in Rome invest more in your comfort.

This room was really nice and quiet. What you see in the pictures is what you get. Very close to the Colosseum and walking distance from Roma Termini. Friendly staff. The only thing I would suggest is to fix the sink in the bathroom.

Perfect location. Close to transportation and restaurants. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was dated. Bed comfortable. Recommendations new shower curtain, new bedspread and decorative pillows. Other than than that very good.
