The staff is very friendly and helpful, the best accommodation I had in a long time. A breakfast was assorted and fresh every morning. A hotel is centrally located in a very nice and quiet neighbourhood in a close proximity to all major tourist attractions.

Amazing staff, friendly caring and helpful. Super quiet neighborhood close enough to the Collosseum to walk, yet far enough away from the chaos and cacophony of Rome’s tourist district that it felt like an escape. Room cleaned and towels changed every day. All in all a great experience.

This was a cute boutique hotel with great staff! The location was convenient to walk to most main areas around the Colosseum area within 15 min. The breakfast was delicious and varied, and the coffee was the best! We specifically chose this hotel for its location and the fact it had AC. Unfortunately our floor’s AC went out the day we arrived. Exploring Rome in 104 degree weather and coming back to a warm room was not pleasant. The staff did the best they could by putting a standing fan in our room but it just didn’t cool it much at all. Would have been a 5 star stay if not for this, but still recommend this hotel. And hopefully it will be working fully for you!

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage. Mit kurzem Fußmarsch erreicht man beispielsweise das Kolosseum. Frühstück ist völlig ausreichend. Parkplätze sind öffentlich und in der Gegend wird oft in Mietwägen die Scheibe eingeschlagen, in der Hoffnung Gegenstände entwenden zu können. So ging es auch uns. Das Personal hat uns hier aber super freundlich weiter geholfen. Abzug bekommt bei uns das Hotel nur aufgrund der Hellhörigkeit. Die Geräusche im Hotelgebäude und der angrenzenden Nachbarzimmer sind deutlich zu hören.

First of all, this is a very quiet hotel in the bustling city of Rome. Even the Taxi cab that drove us there admitted this you get out of the daily hum of the touristy area. They cleaned the room every day. The breakfast was really good and they gave us cappuccinos and coffees espresso that we didn’t have to pay for. And all the water we asked for. Staff was very helpful. Room was of a decent size. Air conditioning function well , the bathroom was a bit tiny, but hey, it had a bidet ! Taught my teens, how to use it, and bonus… we also washed some of our unmentionables in it.:)) just kidding! But overall I really really felt welcomed at Sourire hotel. Nothing super fancy but everything tasteful, helpful, made to make you enjoy yourself. Rome is beautiful and if I come again ( really want to ) I wanna stay at this hotel as well.
