Overall, we were comfortable with this place. Since Covid we have to remember to ask about room service before we book because different places have different rules. Not all our trash was taken out of the room and the stains around the base of the toilet were disappointing. The staff were some of the bests, we have had in Lansing. We were in town due a dear friend passing away. I could see us staying here again when we are in Lansing.

From the onset Hilton Garden inn was a great choice for me & my wife. The staff at the desk is very professional Ashleigh was a big help. The rooms are were clean, microwave works.
