We booked a room for 4 people but only 3 sets of dishes/cups and such were provided. Garbage cans are of decent size except no extra bags provided. Upon request, we did receive an extra. Overall, it's a great value for its location. We will probably use it again in the future.

4.5 star - exactly what we need. It is very close to the 3 or 4 train and subway stations we used. Can’t beat the location. We could even just wheel our suitcases to the Airport express train. If the washing machine has drying function as well, it would have been 4.9 stars. The initial self check-in was a bit of a problem - the system was glitchy and we could not complete the process without calling the remote help desk from the unmanned front desk.

About a 10 minute walk to train station and shopping so it was quiet. Beds were low to the ground so not a lot of places to put suitcases - could not put them under the beds. Be sure to follow the check-in & access instructions carefully, they are easy to understand once you do this.
