Great location
Location was superb close to everything. We had a good experience with the service they provide. Massimo at counter were helpful and especially Martina was extra helpful in making our stay happy n comfortable. Breakfast n coffee were great . Highly recommended the hotel.

Nice location, pathetic staff
Location is great and surprisingly quiet given that it's on a busy street. Sadly, the hotel may as well have been un-manned; the staff was utterly useless. Not only does the front desk staff NEVER greet guests (not a "Good Morning" nor "Good Evening" in four days), but when I dared to ask one if he could help with a dinner reservation (because I don't speak Italian and don't have an international phone that would have allowed a free local call), I was told to go online myself and figure out how to contact the restaurant. Really?! Would calling on my behalf have been so difficult? Hotels in the historic center of Rome certainly aren't cheap, so it would have been nice to feel more welcome there instead of a burden to the employees. The only exception to the unpleasant crew was Cristiano in the breakfast room who was warm and friendly, smiled and greeted us daily, and remembered what beverages we liked from our first morning so that he didn't even ask for our order on the subsequent mornings.

The Talent Hotel is most conveniently located in the heart of Rome. The facilities are up to date and hotel is kept very clean. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. The room is comfortable but lacks sufficient dresser storage. The single window has a view of the roof top (very ugly).

Overall I liked the property, and the location, there were a couple minor things, like our AC had a leak, which they fixed and our shower didn’t drain well, but overall the location was fantastic, walkable to great restaurants and great sites.

The location of the hotel was great! Food was limited to breakfast (which we were unable to use due to early morning activities) and from 5pm to 8pm (when you would never need food since you were going out and the hotel offered other food options. The guest room was awkward as was the shower. Our room had a small balcony which we used and loved. It would have been a great hotel for half the price.
