Hotel is exceptional. Our stay was extremely comfortable with a large and clean room with city views. In room washer/dryer was a game changer for a long Japan trip. The complimentary beverages starting at 2pm was also a nice extra perk. Would absolutely stay here again and again.

Room was spacious for a family of 4. Neat and clean and plentiful of amentities. Staff was very helpful, close to Shin-Osaka to catch Shinkansen or local trains. There is also the public onsen which is a good to relax after long day of sight seeing.
