It was last minute and the closest I could find to the airport. Well below the standards of other Marriott's I have stayed in. Room did not looked swept. TV didn't work.

Marriott Bonvoy Member Unhappy Stay
I’ve stayed at a lot of Marriott properties. This one was my least favorite. Bathroom shower water wasn’t working that well. The bed was very hard and noisy very uncomfortable. The restaurant in the hotel food was very well made when dining in. But when we ordered for carry out it was really bad. When my husband went down to take it back he was told we couldn’t get a refund because the person working didn’t know how to do a refund. So he went to the front desk and was told the restaurant was a part of the hotel😡 I hope if we decide to stay here again things will be different.

I was grateful it was within walking distance to the Kia Center. I was able to be early for my show and wasn’t too worried about the journey back to the hotel afterwards.

Check in was not great. Had 2 rooms booked via cheaptickets. Connor at desk didnt have a solution for only 1 room showing. Had to ask for management or suggest him to get help. Ridiculous. All he had to do was volunteer that there were rooms available. He needs some customer service.training

Never again
Most horrible experience ever from cleanliness to customer service. We complained about our blankets that were moldy and dirty and received a paper thin blanket in response. Told to wait for morning to speak with management, then in the morning was told management wouldn’t be in today.
