Loved staying at this guest house. Me and my husband stayed for the weekend, the location was excellent, rooms were tidy, bed comfortable. First time ever trying a guest house situation and for a quick trip I would do it again. The deposit situation was a little unorthodox but we understand the reasoning why.

Note that you will be required to Zelle a deposit to their account before they give you instructions to access your room. I arrived at 9pm at the room and the door code didn’t work. You can only text with people for support and it took over 30 min for them to respond and get me a new code.

I stayed here after a stressful experience at the airport where my flight was missed. Every other hotel in the area was booked. I had terrible experience on the phone with other hotels so when I arrived here I was incredibly stressed. The staff was so kind so thoughtful so accommodating. And then to arrive in a room that was so clean with comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom, I felt like I was in a five star hotel.

I was not allowed to check in because I wouldn’t send a deposit via Zelle to the property managers, although Expedias rules strictly express not sending payments outside of the platform. Now I’m being told I can’t get a refund, although the property owner violated the policy.

The room seemed clean, but the bathroom was a little dirty. They require a $300 deposit, which I thought was too much for just one night. I only slept there for about 6 hours. I wasn’t able to shower in the morning because of the shared bathroom situation. There were two other guests using the bathroom in the morning and I had to check out by 10am.

They require a deposit which is about twice the sum I paid for a one night's accommodation. It is required to be paid by PayPal or other solutions outside of Hotels.com or the payment card used for the booking. There is no guarantee you will ever see that money returned. As I saw some other reviews stating that they had in fact not returned the deposit, I declined to pay it.

They have no face to the entire operation because they are running a scam and maybe hotel.com is in on it too because why are you still advertising for this company when they are multiple complains online of then asking guest to Zelle them $300 to $500 deposits and not wanting to return the payments. I was asked to do the same and I have been asking for my refund for a week and nothing!
