I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. Our experience was unfortunately marked by a series of unacceptable issues that not only disrupted our business trip but also led to significant additional costs. Below is a summary of the problems we encountered:
1. System Failure and Forced Rebooking at Midnight
We had a confirmed booking at your hotel and arrived at the front desk at 12:20 AM. However, we were told that due to a system failure, the staff could not locate our reservation. We were left waiting in the lobby until 1:30 AM, and as the system was still not functional, we were forced to find another place to stay for the night. This resulted in an extra US$298 for alternative accommodation and US$43 in Uber fare.
2. Additional Early Check-in Charge Due to Your System Error
The next morning, we returned to the hotel to check in again. Shockingly, the front desk charged us an additional US$30 for early check-in, despite the fact that it was your system error the night before that caused the delay.
