Last resort
On arrival the lobby was full of guests waiting to check in, the lady in reception was fast and polite, I asked a ground floor room as my husband is disabled and she told me that there was none available. We got to room 219 and there were 3 pillows on the bed without pillow cases and they were stained and mouldy, the tub had standing water in it and there were no towels. The dresser was chipped and one of the doors was broken, the carpet had not been swept and there was pieces of garbage under the beds. I went back to the lobby and informed the receptionist that I thought housekeeping missed the room and she moved me to 223 which was marginally better. The only good thing about the room was the cold air and the nice size tv. I had to call down for towels which were delivered about an hour later. The staff were friendly but that didn’t make up for the condition of the room or property as a whole. The floors in the lobby were sticky, obviously we passed on the complimentary breakfast and ate at the ihop next to the hotel.
