The hotel was comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful with questions. A full hot breakfast is available daily and it's great. Not sure if it's daily, but when we were there, from 6 pm - 8 pm, they offer free appetizers and beer! Also, free shuttle service is available within a 3 mile radius!

For Lubbock TX the place is decent. Don’t bring guests to the pool you are allowed none. Daughter ended up getting a really bad cut on a broken part of the bed frame. Staff was unhelpful most the time and breakfast was very good.

Connie in the office was very friendly and helpful- we had an issue and she fixed it quickly. Pool was closed for “routine maintenance” not good considering I book hotels FOR the pools so that we have entertainment for the kids. If it’s routine- it should be noted when booking, as we would have stayed somewhere else. Breakfast was ok- better than basic. Sweet staff. Shower was perfect- and beds were decently comfortable. I learned that all MCM Elegantes are not all created equal- this one is pretty outdated and needs some work

I travel a lot and this is by far the best in Lubbock. The staff goes above and beyond. Each person you pass says hi and smiles. The manager’s reception was great each night. They cleaned my room each day. No hotels do that anymore. Most do every other day or just wait till you ask or at checkout. I’ll stay there every trip to Lubbock. I’ve already booked for the Abilene and Odessa locations
