Positive

great location just a few mins walk from Termini. U get all u need in the neighborhood, cafe supermarket restaurants. And 20-25mins to most of the attractions. The staffs are nice and helpful. Room is clean. The only thing I would complain is that it would become quite noisy in the early morning with driving trucks, etc so remember to bring along ear plugs. We had a pleasant stay at Amici Guesthouse.

入住四人房二晚，房價便宜，房間乾淨，燈光比較柔和昏暗。服務人員很親切，早上會準備早餐、咖啡，距離termini車站、巴士站很近，去各個景點很方便，可以走路到聖母大殿、羅馬競技場。

The property was extremely safe and secure. Staff memeber at check in was very friendly and explained everything well. Location was perfect. Only negative was the shower head didnt work well.

This hotel is very misleading! -NO breakfast area, its used as storage! -WIFI is terrible, wont stay connected! -AC unit could not cool the room, It was more of a fan! Had the employee knock out my door and saying "worker coming in" when he knew I was inside to tell me to shut my AC off to cool the hall because multiple AC units couldn't be in use, so that was extremely weird to me! -SHOWER...had pieces missing and would leak when used! also, the bathroom had a strange odor to It. Asked about check out instructions in which I was given but still received a phonecall 3 hours later asking me what time I am leaving, which again I found weird! overall, for the price I paid It was not worth It and would NOT recommend, there are many hotels / boutique hotels in the area that are far way better.

No Breakfast

Overall, not bad, but we paid for the room with breakfast included. When we asked for it, they said that they do not provide breakfast at all. No refund and no regrets... The location is good, but the guesthouse itself is on the 4th floor of the building, and you need to carry the building, the guesthouse entrance, and the room's actual keys.

My stay at Amici Guesthouse in Rome was very disappointing. The property was hard to find as it was not properly signposted and is located on the fourth floor of a building. The room did not look like the pictures – it was dirty and poorly maintained. The bathroom was in terrible condition: the shower was broken, the hydromassage function didn’t work, the showerhead was damaged, and there was a strong smell of urine coming from the toilet brush holder. Breakfast was included in our reservation, but we were never informed of any schedule. The next morning, no breakfast was available and the designated area was completely unattended, forcing us to eat outside at our own expense. On top of this, our room was only cleaned once during the entire stay. Overall, this experience felt like a scam. I cannot recommend this accommodation.

Pros: the location was great, the staff were really nice, the hot tub was a great way to end a long day, and they held our luggage for us after checkout which was really nice. Cons: there was no free breakfast even though it stated on the booking (which was a huge reason we booked this hotel), the shower leaked and wouldn’t drain properly plus was situated at a bad angle, and the hot tub started leaking. It was not a bad stay for a few nights but I would not want to stay here long term due to showers being hard to take.
