The mattress almost ruined our trip it was rough you lay on your side and your hip hits the box spring. Otherwise it was nice and clean and the staff were excellent and very helpful. Nice e big dumpster to throw your trash away the price was outstanding.

The desk clerk was impossible to find and not friendly at all. There was nothing posted about wi-fi passwords and repeated calls to the desk were not answered. Location is awful.

A cockroach crawled across our bed before we got settled in. Got a new room that had cobwebs collecting dead bugs in the corners. There was beard hair on the back of sink, and dust & hair on the toilet & base boards. We Switched to a beautiful Holiday Inn in Pittsfield.

Older facility, that smelled musty. Carpeting could have been vacuumed better. Bed was OK for comfort and cleanliness. Hotel fronts a very busy highway, so road noise is evident day and night. Could use a total refresh.

I work until early AM and the front desk complained that I didn't check in by Midnight, the towels were ragged, there were someone else's dirty clothes left in one of the chest of drawers and when I got in at 3 am the last night I was there the fire alarm went off at 4 am, yet there seemed to be no need for it to be going off, because the fire department never bothered to show up and last but not least, when I got up that morning at 10:45 and went to take a shower, there was no hot water and the front desk proceeded to tell me that if I didn't leave by 11:30, I would be charged for another night. They never fixed the hot water, I had to take a cold shower. Really, the place sucks and unfortunately, I have to go back there next weekend to complete the job I am doing in that area, and there are no other hotels at a reasonable rate for weekend nights in that area. Lucky Me

Great pizza across the street. The bed was super comfortable. Cleaning staff were nice and helpful. The mgr was short, rude, inconsiderate... Rude..wifi sucked. I had to use my own wifi teathered from my phone.

This place was not clean. How management could rent it out is shocking. It look like it hadn't been vacuumed for weeks. Debris on the floor of the shower. Even the surfaces needed wiping. Calls to the office went unanswered. So while I reserved the room for two nights, I left a night early because I was so uncomfortable. No email address offered, and I don’t want to deal with speaking to the unfriendly woman at the desk again, even though I should receive a partial reimbursement. People should not rent here.

Room smelled so I bought a candle and tried to turn the TV on. Tv not working. They said they would fix it the next day. I have my laptop so I’m good. Went to use the bathroom and there was piss in the toilet. Ok, gross,I’m done. Room still stinks so I’m outta there. Had to pay for the nights stay and I’m still waiting for the refund for the other 5 days. This place should not be an option.

This place is terrible

I was not able stay. They had no record of my reservation that I made via hotels.com. They were rude. It appeared that most of the rooms had people living in them. There were transient folks roaming the parking lot. Other than being wildly inconvenienced I’m glad I wasn’t able to stay here

Not very welcoming or easy to communicate with staff. The room was relatively clean but had a broken closet door, no bulb in the bedside lamp and not enough outlets or light in general. Spiderweb with a spider in the room wasn't very encouraging. But it was an inexpensive, no frills place.
