Hotel is very peaceful and all staff extremely helpful. Everyone spoke english and excursions easily arranged.
There is no currency exchange available at hotel and closest option is the ferry port by taxi.

They have daily shuttle to the 3 malls, but would be good if more frequent timings for the shuttle, if not need to take grab or gojek to the hotel. The hotel is reasonable in pricing also.
