Staying here was the worst decision I have made in Turkey!!
This hotel ruined our mood of travel by several aspects.
First of all, this hotel has miserable attitude on service. Most of the people including reception and restaurant do not want to serve nor answer the question with friendliness.
Secondly, the tidiness of this hotel is worrying. Please see photos, we found hair in breakfast bread. Also, the old shampoo in bathroom.
Thirdly, the breakfast we had in 3 days were all disasters. The food was not fully heated (warm to cool), the taste was not great, the freshness got a question mark, and most importantly was the attitude of the manager of restaurant. We reflected the uncooked issue of the cheese brócoli we had, but the manager seems not willing to accept our opinion, nor had he tried to check the situation. What he replied is only “okay got it. with the facing expressing of “I do not care. Oh you are trouble maker”.
Excuse us?? No matter how much you offer to the customer, the attitude should be the basic requirement. If you have no passion, please at least pretend it and remain the basic quality.
If you got neither, and only wants to earn money, this may not be a wise long term plan.
In sum, for the travelers— you can have better option. Staying at this hotel was the most pathetic decision I have made in past of travelings which I regretted badly.
