The area is famouse for the best Matsusaka Beef. Great restaurant is within a walking distance. Convenience store is behind this hotel for any quick bite. Hotel staff is super helpful and friendly. Free breakfast included the local dish, which is a nice touch. Truly enjoyed the stay!

Beds are not comfortable. Location is good. Check in is strange. The staff, instead of checking you in, helps you to self-check in on a machine.

Typical style Japanese business hotel - small but clean, and has all the basics but no frills. However the room did feel a little bit dated. Good location near Matsusaka station and city centre. Buffet-style Japanese breakfast was acceptable, but nothing special.

Very limited seats at the breakfast area so we (4pax) cannot sit together. Suggests that the hotel allows to choose the time slots for breakfast like other hotels to control the crowd. The breakfast is simple but delicious. The room is also spacious and plenty parking space. Will choose this hotel if we visit this place again.

I chose it because it had (paid) parking included but it was full when I arrived. The room was fine but the bed was hard and breakfast was also not to my taste. Which is a shame because I have stayed in Toyokyo Inns in other cities and had a really great experience for price, including breakfast. This one I would say spend a little more and go somewhere else.

フロントの方の対応がとても良かった。深夜にチェックインでしたがありがたかったです。朝食時のスタッフも気持ちの良い対応でした。熊野市近辺で宿泊施設が見つからずやむを得ず…でしたが、結果的には良かったと思っています。ありがとうございました。

氷が無料なのは大変素晴らしいんですが、こぼす人が多く、下にすごく溜まってました。こまめに清掃するか、こぼれないような対策をとった方が見た目にも環境的にもいいと思います

チェックインは機械でやるのですが、予約時の情報が共有されてないのでちょっと面倒でした。セキュリティ上の理由なら仕方ないですけど。接客も設備も嫌な思いをすることなく安心して泊まれると感じました。エレベータも速いです。ただ、JRの6:48に乗るためには朝食があと5~10分早ければよかったなと思います。
