We really enjoyed our stay - the personal sauna was the highlight. However, the AC was not adjustable, and because the windows were barely able to open, it was very warm in the room. Everything else was perfect. Great location. Super staff.

We weren't informed ahead of time that this property is in transition to becoming a Doubletree. The systems weren't working properly, so checking was delayed and manual. The room was fine, though no place to unpack clothes. Very noisy room even though were on the ninth floor. Restaurant was closed due to construction.

Lovely hotel

Beautiful hotel conveniently located right next to metro and trams. There is also a very good breakfast buffet. Make sure to say hello in the breakfast area to Giuseppe who’ll give you excellent restaurant advice. Our only complaint was that the television service was limited to a few Dutch channels.

Need to install charging ports.

We liked the hotel overall but were inconvenienced because they have no ports for charging in the rooms. I carry a lot of european adapters with me but none would fit the outlets. They had no loaners but did have adapters for sale for 25 Euros. Otherwise the service was good and the restruarant had good food.
