Excellent little hotel near Bastille. Good connection links all round the city. Lots of restaurants very close to the hotel. Including several cafes for breakfast. (We didn’t opt for breakfast at the hotel as it’s cheaper and nicer to eat out) The hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful. The room was compact, but very comfortable and perfect for our two night inter-railing stop over. Easily walkable from Gare de Lyon, good connections via Bastille by metro and bus. Right next to Le Marais - great shopping and traditional Parisian streets and away from the uber tourist areas around the Eiffel Tower and Champs-Élysées. I would happily return to this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located in a lively neighborhood just a few steps away from the metro Bastille and packed with restaurants and coffee places. In the nearby area there is the beautiful Place des Voges. The hotel has undergone major refurbishments which makes it now cleaner and neater. Sofia the girl at the reception has always been nice and eager to help. If you are looking for a place to stay in the City of Lights without spending a fortune, this is a very good choice highly recommended
