Parking - though there is a $39 charge, relatively quiet - you’re in a motel in the middle of a huge city, Schneider Deli - the best deli in Chicago on the other side of the motel’s office. Fantastic breakfast! Cons: the price of parking. A great option to stay in Chicago if you have a car.

Ohio House was a great stay! The staff were wonderful and very helpful with dining suggestions. The room was clean, comfortable, and even made up during the day—a pleasant surprise. Breakfast was included, which was convenient. It can be a little noisy, but overall, I’d definitely recommend it for a stay in Chicago’s River North area.

In the heart of downtown but affordable. Quaint as it’s an older (maybe 50s) hotel and small but perfectly clean and well kept. Very recently redone and so lovely. We felt very safe and very comfortable. Loud as your on street level but we just aren’t used to downtown city life. Will stay there again if we visit chicago
