A bad experience living in the hotel. We rent a motor bike at hotel. unfortunately, we scratch little bit paint off the bike . After that, the shop request us need to pay 14000 thaidollor. It's not make sense. Then, we seek help from reception. But staff claim that the motor bike shop is not belong to hotel. It's no any relationship. We need to deal with shop directly. The shop open at hotel but hotel not the owner? Finally, we pay around 10500 thaidollor for the bike but no any receipt.
After that, hotel never help us fill shampoo and cream shower. The wifi connection was also terrify.

Room is great, just the room service lady is not very good in English and hard to communicate. The very worst thing is the electricity is gone and all black out suddenly 3 times while my stay there for 4 nights, and makes my kids feel so scared, and the waiting time for the technicians to come to our room is unexpected slow

I booked 2 rooms 7 months ago and made a request regarding room allocation to the resort that gave 3 weeks ago. However, the resort changed the room without my consent, assigned a room different from the one I reserved, and did not reflect the request at all. Most guests smoke anywhere even though there is a smoking area. I am not satisfied in many ways
