Stay was pleasant. Breakfast was excellent.
Rooms were clean. But had a foul smell in the lift. Beds were not that comfortable. It was so springy, that you will drench when you lie on the edge and have body pain when you wake up the next day.
Had a problem with booking. I booked for 2 adults and 2 children aged 2 & 4. But they booked through another agency and they booked for 2 adults and 2 infants(1 year old). So hotel requested us to pay 3K for an additional child. Though there is nothing wrong on my side or the hotel side, I have to pay 3K. customer care is not helpful in solving this issue. They just said it’s hotel policy and they just leave the chat after a min and new customer care executive is assigned. I got fed up explaining the same issue to multiple people in cc. It was booking agency mistake which I eventually end up paying 3K
