In general, the facilities are good, except for some specific details. For example, at the paddle tennis courts, they provide equipment, rackets, and balls, but the rackets are all broken and need to be replaced.
In my room specifically, there were mosquitoes living in my bathroom, and they wouldn't go away no matter what I did. It was a bit annoying, though this might be an isolated case, as it didn’t happen in the room of the couple that was with us.
Also, when you leave the room, the power is completely cut off, including the outlets. As a result, you hardly use the minibar because everything is always warm since the electricity turns off when you go out for activities. You also can’t leave your phone charging for the same reason. I think they should separate the lighting from the outlets.
Other than that, everything was excellent. The staff, in general, was very friendly and always willing to help. Particularly, our assigned assistant, Cesar, was a 10-plus. He was very kind, always ready to assist us, and attentive to our needs. His service was excellent. Overall, we really liked the hotel and will return.
