I was late due to transportation issues, and they rented out my hotel room and kept my money. They failed to issue a refund. The restaurant staff was rude. The front desk was ruined and not accommodating. They gave us a smaller bedroom than we paid for. The bed was smaller. There was no water in the refrigerator.
