Jackline la proprietaria di questa casa particulares è una ragazza formidabile. Le colazioni preparate da lei e sua sorella sono meravigliose. Entrambe gentili e disponibili verso ogni nostra domanda ed esigenza. La casa è molto ospitale, comoda e perfetta per 4 persone avendo due camere separate. Si arriva in centro in 5 minuti. Très bon séjour
Un bel appartement au centre de la Havane. Nous avons été bien accueilli par Yaquelin. Elle est très disponible et au petit soins. Elle fait tout son possible pour rendre le séjour agréable. L'appartement est très bien situé en plein centre. Très propre. N'hésitez pas à demander le petit-déjeuner : très très bon, multi-vitaminé et copieux. Je recommande cet appartement et je n'hésiterai pas à revenir

I'll definately rent here again
The apartment was a great place to stay. It was very comfortable and I feel like I got more than I paid for. According to another review I just read about this place, she must have improved the beds since that review was posted, because I didn't have any regrets about the mattress or anything. The customer service was exceptional. My Spanish is terrible, so I left some cash on the table, and asked the owner to buy groceries for me so I wouldn't get ripped off with the double standards the locals have toward tourists. She went grocery shopping for me every day and was consistently asking if there was anything more she could do to help. She even went as far as ordering a taxi for me to go back to the airport. If I ever go back to Havana I will definitely check to see it this apartment is available. I gave the local area an average rating because it's mostly just in a housing district, but all the cool stuff you want to do is only about a 10 minute walk from the apartment.

Affordable stay in centro Habana
For the price and location this was a decent stay. The hostess was informative and helpful. The drawbacks were that no guests were allowed which was announced at check-in and not prior to that, something that would have greatly influenced my decision to stay here. Sleep quality was low as the beds/mattresses were very uncomfortable.

Her availability, professionality. and kindness will definetely storm you. She has helped me in any situation and I had the criticals ones. Available for any service, indication and advice. The double room apartment is comfortable, tidy and is offering all the necessary facilities for a pleasant stay.
