Really reasonably priced for such a great location. The staff went out of their way to be helpful, much more so than we would expect any hotel staff to do! Second time we’ve stayed here - first being in 2019. Seems like the decor could do with a refresh, but all in good and working order.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I loved how there were lots of freebies, such as takoyaki every night during a specific time, free mocktails and some wine, unlimited water, tea, and coffee available all day, every day, as well as access to a microwave. These are all accessible 24 hours a day. The location was so accessible to the train station. Lots of great japanese restaurants and convenient stores nearby.

We stayed for 3 nights. Overall, it’s good. About 20 minutes walk to Dotonburi. The subway station is right outside of the building of hotel. If you don’t care about the room is pretty small it’d be great economy travel. There were no room service for the 3 nights we stayed but they put new clean towels at the door. It’s clean and safe for a short stay.
