Beautiful boutique hotel away from the craziness
Ivo (the hotel manager on the ground) and his team have done a fantastic job of creating a clean yet jungle-feely spot in the best location of Tulum. The hotel has a partnership with 2 nearby beachfront hotels so you can access their private beaches freely, literally a 2-min walk and you’re on the beach. Definitely staying here again next time.

I needed to stay a couple nights on the Tulum beach road for some meetings and this was a great option just steps from the beach and restaurants. Ivo the manager was prompt to respond for anything needed and very kind. A big plus is free onsite parking. The property is a hidden gem. My room was really well-decorated, had great a/c, and hot water. 10/10 would stay again.

My stay at Casa Coyote was wonderful. Evo the concierge was super helpful and attentive. Very clean rooms and safe atmosphere. You get the full Tulum experience as the hotel is located on the jungle side of the road while having full beach access just across the street. Highly recommend.

This spot is one of the few affordable places to stay on the strip, and comes with all the character and most of the amenities you'd want in Tulum. I'll stay there again. Also - just beneath there's one of the better restaurants around the area. Overpriced as expected, but worth a try.

A Lot of noise. There was a bachelor weekend party and they booked us as a family on the same side. Very basic noise. No clean sheets (apparantly rust, but it looked like blood), my kids had small bugs in theorie beds. The location is good in overpriced Tulum.

Such a cute little hotel in the hotel zone and a great value for the price. Room was basic but clean and nicely decorated and the AC worked well and the shower was hot. Complimentary breakfast was delicious as well. Would definitely come back and stay again!

The location is perfect, close to the best beach clubs and only nature sounds at night. Amazing roof top pool to see the sunset and stars. Also the restaurante “loco Tulum” one of the best around. Really enjoyed our stay here The staff was amazing. Helped with everything we needed

Ivo was very responsive before my check in and extremely nice and helpful upon arrival. The property itself is just as it is pictured online, clean and comfortable. Make sure you have bug spray though because the mosquitos are fierce!
