Worst experience ever
I got my room on hotel.com, when I got there they wanted a deposit and wouldn't give me my keys. I had no extra money to stay what a scam. I filled out the pre checkin the night before, they should have been clear they wanted more money. Worst experience ever.

Meh
We have stayed at this hotel several times over the past 10 years. We have watched to go from a very nice place down to a despicable disgusting place and now being brought back to a nicer facility. Definitely not a five-star hotel as it lodges a lot of weekly residents who have the place smelling like smoke all the time. Our bed was extremely comfortable and the room was extremely clean however when we pulled the linens back there were knife stabs all through the entire mattress and there was dried flowersl petals underneath the sheet as if they would have been left from Valentine's Day. When this was brought to the attention of the front desk staff they seemed very indifferent as if they didn't care about how we were disgusted knowing that we had laid on used sheets. The rate was more than fair and because of that you get what you pay for.

Not Coming Back
The room was noisy and the condition of the room was sub par compared to other Days Inn properties I've stayed at. Black water was seeping up from under the flooring in the bathroom and by the entrance to the room. Smelled like sewer water. I would not recommend.

Smelled of drugs through the whole building. Garbage in the parking lot. Melting cart of icecream left for hours out front. Stains all over the floor in the lobby. The breakfast is minuscule and not even worth anything so plan on eating after as well. Fixtures in the room run down or broken. We even had someone who was checking in at the same time warn us not to stay because they were cancelling due to the rooms overwhelming smell of weed and pee on the floor and carpet. I would also not trust this place to have my kids here.

It was a horrible experience. The bath tub was chiped and dirty shower curtain was dirty shower had hair on the walls sheets didnt fit bed and stay on bed properly the sheets had stains on them

Was it the best hotel? No Was it the worst hotel? Also no Pros: the woman at the front desk was amazing! She was kind and efficient. They were clearly understaffed but she did not have a bad attitude at all. The game room was awesome!!! While a little outdated, my teenagers had a great time. Cons: the pool was out of service. Rooms needed a serious deep clean. No smoke detectors Awful stench of marijuana everywhere through the hotel.

Hotels.com said there was a hot tub which is why I booked the hotel. I canceled after 10 minutes and the people at the hotel were great. Hotels.com hasn’t contacted me despite my attempts to reach them.

My stay was fine after I got switched due to my room having a bed bug which I recorded asap so after the third room I was so tired I slept on the couch after I cleaned it and checked out next day

Want a full refund. Didn't even stay there. Nothing like what the description said. Photos were photo shopped. Hotel was run down with no sign.
