Brilliant hotel for a short stay
The hotel itself was brilliant, just what we were looking for and only a short walk from the nearest S Bahn stop, the REWE downstairs was also very useful. Only gripe was noise pollution if we were being picky, the street outside was noisy pretty much 24 hours a day.

Room very clean . Breakfast good and plenty of choice . Hotel close to U Bahn. Shout out to Alessandro on reception at nighttime, very pleasant , friendly and helpful. Did his best to make sure we had the correct number of towels in our room.

Good Basic , staff training needed
Hotel is good , well cared for and in a decent location. Be careful at check in I was double charged & it was impossible to get the receptionist to deal with the issue , when I proved their error . The refund was made the following day but to a long time to be credited to my bank .

Good price but didn’t realize no desk phone, table and chair in the room. No TV signal on my first 2 nights stay but they fixed it on last night. Grocery store in the same building, that’s nice.

We ordered a room for two adults and one child (5 years) over expedia. They hadn´t an extra bed for the child and told me that they don´t have any extra bedding for children up to 14 years! It´s uncool to have an almost adult child in your bed. Also smaller kids don´t sleep quietly when they are on vacation so I couldn´t sleep because our child was "rotating" in the bed. Apart from that the people working there were really nice and the room was very clean.

Kleine Zimmer! Fast keine Ablagen! Schreibtisch fehlt - Laut Bildern bei der Buchung aber vorhanden. Noch nicht einmal ein Stuhl oder kleiner Sessel vorhanden! Personal ist sehr nett!

Minus: Zimmer sehr klein Temperatur im Zimmer 25.5 Grad bei Eintritt Klimaanlage schafft Kühlung auf 22.5 innerhalb von 3 Stunden Ohne Klimaanlage im Betrieb steigt Temperatur wieder auf 25 Grad (warum? Draussen sind es 20 Grad) Zimmer mit Blick auf Parkhaus (Fahrende Autos und Schlagende Türen auch nachts, durchgängig hell beleuchtet auch nachts) Geöffnetes Fenster zu laut, auch wegen sehr naher Bahnstrecke Lage insgesamt weniger gut
