Simple accommodation with excellent staff!
Super friendly staff that go the extra mile to make your stay pleasant. Location is good, the rooms are very simple but clean. The only minus was that the WiFi was a bit on and off but that doesn’t matter.

Our first of two nights we were in a rather dark, mustyi room with no windows. We asked to change rooms and they moved us to a beautiful room with a view of the mountains--we were quite happy then. The owner also offere to and set us up with a guide for Machu Picchu, sso that was a huge help.

Hostel smack in the middle of everything. One minute walk from the center square and all the foods and shopping. About a five min walk from the thermal baths. Really nice quaint place and very clean. The owners are fabulous and they include a great continental breakfast. I highly recommend and will be returning

Uncomfortable
Great location. Our feet were hanging off the bed. We had our own room and a private bathroom but the window in the bathroom was broken and even with the door shut from the bathroom we still got bit by mosquitos. Shower ran out of hot water and we didn't realize that we had to purchase toilet paper from the hotel once we ran out. They only provided two towels for two people. No wash rag or floor towel for your feet. So, coming out of the shower floor can be slippery and the floor was soaking wet from the water. Staff was nice just wish we stayed elsewhere. After a long day walking and climbing we needed a comfortable place to sleep.

One day in Aguas Caliente
We were there for one night, but I recommend a hostel close to the river if possible. Wifi is good. We ended up not taking a shower. The pictures do not match the room. Family own hostel. Family was nice.

Our room smelled stale and dirty. Very loud at night. Could hear conversations from the lobby and doors opening and closing throughout hostel. Window above door would let light in from hallway whenever the sensor lights went off, and there was no way to block it. Trash bin was not emptied during our stay.

Com certeza recomendo e voltaria a me hospedar lá.
