This is the fourth time I’ve stayed at this residence for a visit to Guatemala and I’ll tell you every time the people are genuine, wonderful and extremely helpful in any situation. The only thing I could say is big hugs

Great location
Great location, nice property and friendly staff. I had never felt a mattress so firm, so that may not be a match for some travelers. The mattress was the only drawback for me.

Well-located but warm & kinda loud
Positives: Well-located and lovely staff. Negatives: no AC so stuffy rooms. Fans only worked with timer so about 2 hrs max (after which you wake up bc of stuffy heat). Quite loud because the property has tiles throughout and the windows are glass shutters, ie don’t fully close.

Basic hotel. Comparable to a inside cruise ship cabin. Location of the hotel makes up for it, right in the middle of town,steps from the bustling central park, bars and restaurants.

À part le fait que la fenêtre donnait sur le couloir (j’hésitais à la laisser ouverte donc il y avait peu de circulation d’air), tout le reste était très bien. Extrêmement bien situé et décoré dans un style qui m’a vraiment fait sentir ailleurs, en voyage (et pas un de ces hôtels impersonnels).

For the price - a good find ..
For the price it was good accommodation with 3 beds near city center. The rooms windows open onto the hallway rather than an exterior wall. The building has interesting history of being a former theater including the garage below. They display film projector and stage. There is no air conditioning but fans provided in room. Staff was helpful with figuring out tv and parking garage and nearby restaurants.
