It is a comfortable hotel, nice people, in the heart of down town, but walking around at night is a bit danger, as it's on the other side of the "train" line. It will be very difficult to make breakfast if you use a wheelchair, because it has stairsall around!! Becareful if you want to pay in the accomodation, the Hotels.com will charge you in the day you book it!

Excelente custo benefício e tratamento.
Todos os funcionários são muito atenciosos em todos os setores. Acomodação confortável. Muito limpo. Áreas comuns e de lazer ótimas. Ambiente agradável. O café da manhã é excelente com muitas opções: frutas, salgados e doces, bebidas. A comida do restaurante é muito saborosa. Tem cardápio variado. Atendimento dos garçons foi impecável. O garçom Miguel do Sport Bar foi muito atencioso e nos ajudou a solucionar o problema do que jantar depois das 21:15. O Hotel ofereceu como cortesia leite para minha mãe e minha irmã. Na reserva haviam me falado que os colchões dos quartos com camas de solteiro tinham colchões de espuma, mas são todos de mola. Como não posso dormir em colchão de molas, houve um grande empenho Laís da recepção e da responsável pela setor de governança e conseguiram resolver o problema.

Passeio em família.
O hotel tem uma ótima estrutura, piscina normal e climatizada, sauna, salão de jogos e academia, além de sport bar, fica bem localizado, e os funcionários são atenciosos, porém, peca em cobrar 40,00 por dia de estacionamento, que pertence ao próprio hotel e quando quis jogar ping pong com meu Filho, ao me dirigir a recepção, para pegar as raquetes e a bolinha, fui informado que teria que comprar a bolinha por 6,00.

Excelente café da manhã, atendimento, limpeza. Pontos negativos são valores elevados de alguns como por exemplo o copo de água, misto, cappuccino; falta de informação sobre o preço. A piscina externa com sem aquecimento decorrente de problemas de falta de manutenção. Diversos problemas com os cartões magnéticos, verificamos que não somente em nosso quarto , mas com outros hóspedes. Prédio muito bonito, elegante. No geral é muito agradável; no geral nota 9 .

Tivemos uma excelente experiência. O Hotel tem uma aparência de predio mais antigo, porem tudo funcionando bem e sem problemas. O atendimento foi excelente, e o pessoal do hotel tomou cuidado especial com a nossa alimentação, visto que sou celiaco. A area de lazer é muito boa, custo beneficio excelente. Recomendo!
