Okay stay, could have improved the checkin process
The hotel is located in a great place. However, it was so hard to find and the management was so hard to reach! When I'm travelling abroad, I cannot call, but they did not respond quickly via wechat or whatsapp, and so we were waiting for a while trying to find the hotel. After they answered, they were very courteous and nice. We also ordered a room with a city view, and that was not the case in the room. The window looked out to a wall.

地方新裝修，整潔，清潔，服務人員態度好，有潔淨的冷熱水在大堂隨便斟。可惜浴室洗澡地方細小，有些少不方便。酒店門口沒有招牌，所以自己不可能找尋到酒店地點，所以建議到達後一定要打電話跟酒店聯絡，就可以很快找到酒店地方。

客房清洁需要改进一下
各方面都很不错，位置，设备，前台都挺好， 唯一需要改进一下的是我们连续住三晚也回覆了前台需要每天清洁一下， 第一天连毛巾也没换，接下来的两天也只是倒了一下垃圾，其他就没了， 地没扫一下，被铺没收拾一下，整个旅店都很干净， 客房也要跟得上才行啊！

我入住5天，住宿地點超級方面，但基本上沒有任何一般住宿的服務。例如：更換浴巾、補充牙刷及衛生紙。 你要向負責人要求並要自已留意有否辦妥。我的浴巾催促2次之後才更換，牙刷更在第3天才補充，而衛生紙直至離開也沒有補充！
