This hotel/ inn was good but was for from main Tokyo station the time I was booking, said 7 minutes far. But once I arrived to Tokyo station, to here specifically the first day of my trip from Narita airport, I was so tired but about 20 or more Minutes I walked with my baggage.
There was kanda station some times 8 minutes sometimes 9mins. But was inconvenience.
About the staff they were ok not too nice and not too bad. Because of language barrier they are not able to help at proper level.
About Breakfast,
Every Day same menus. For me because not eating pork , every morning had same meal which was egg lol. I recommend not to book breakfast.
Room and facilities was fine 4 stars.

Cute gem for train enthusiasts!
This is a delightful hotel, especially if you like watching the trains from Tokyo Station. Our window looked directly into the tracks, so it was fun to watch the bullet trains and the local trains coming and going!
It was very clean and the staff were kind and spoke English. My only complaint would be the mattress. It was like a rock, which if I understand correctly, is very typical of mattresses in this part of the world. Everything else was absolutely wonderful. It's also super quiet and sound proofed, so you don't need to worry about hearing the trains.
