老闆娘態度不好 訂的是6人房5個人住還要加500非常不合理 房間是老舊公寓改建的所有電路都很老舊整晚都不敢用

가족여행으로는 에바...네버
가족여행 첫날이었데... 예약한 방은 없고 아주엉망진창이었네요. 잠만자고 호텔로 옮길거여서....감안하고 구한방이었는데...새벽 3시가 넘어서야 겨우 급구된방인지 다른방으로 들어갈수 있었습니다. 담배냄새에 찌든방은 벌레는 없었으나 무척 습했습니다. 불쾌했었습니다. 하지만 주인아줌마가 발로 뛰다니며 구해준방인지...물까지 사다주었고 인상은 선하셨습니다. 정말 급구로 저렴하게 잠만잘분 추천해요.

Address is not the location of the accommodation
We searched in vain for a semblance of a homestay/bnb in the exact address and even asked the people at the stated address. They have never heard of a homestay location here. We called the person and she explain that the actual venue is another place and this was just a business address. She came to fetch us to the location of the stay. After walking 10mins in dark back alleys, we arrived at a run down private residential building, up a creaky elevator and into a dimly lit corridor. The room was run down, and had laundry hanging in the balcony. When we questioned her, she said it was an upgrade to a 6 bedder, up from the 4 bedder we booked (there is only 4 of us, why would we need 6 beds as an upgrade?). She said that this is the usual process of booking this accommodation on hotels.com. She uses a central location business address on the website and then will meet the customers at the convenience store next to it and bring them to the actual location. After deciding that the area was not safe and not near where we would like to be, we decided not to stay there. Knowing that her case is weak, she offered a refund after deducting an administrative fee... We didn't want to argue further as it was late and we still need to find alternative accommodation. We took the refund and left that creepy area.

Nice hotel close to Beimen station
Very convenient that is close to MRT staion and 7/11 store, walking distance to Beimen Station. Tracy is so accomodating and she also offer to pick up us from taipei main station. She was so friendly and easy to reach if you need something. It was a nice stay at Sk-stay! ☺

雑居ビルの一室がホテル？
翌日のフライトが早朝の便で桃園空港発のため、MRTの駅に近いという理由で宿泊しました。 写真や星の数、値段から考えて快適さは全く期待していませんでした。 お部屋のレベルは、バックパッカー向けの格安ホテルといった感じです。その点は、駅の目の前という立地と値段で満足しています。 一つびっくりしたのは、自力でホテルを探すのがほぼ無理なこと。 エクスペディア掲載の地図を参考に、何度も探しましたが見つからず、現地の人に頼んで、ホテルに電話してもらいました。 結局、迎えに来てもらい、案内されたのですが、部屋があったのは雑居ビルの中。 当然、外に看板もありません。 「本当にここが予約したホテル？、騙されているのでは？」と心配でした。 まぁ無事に宿泊でき、早朝の便にも乗れたので、いい思い出となりましたが(苦笑) (宿の人は、周辺の観光案内をしてくれたり、とても親切でした)

店主服務態度不錯，唯check in時還搞不清楚已經收費，因為先前就line連絡過，還提醒我們不用特別連絡，結果現場入住時還跟我們說本來是沒有算到我們房間，臨時作調動，希望可以多注意跟客人溝通這一塊，謝謝！

住所と実際の場所が違っていたので、探すのが大変だった。ホテルというより、民泊のようでした。バスアメニティがあると記述されていたが、キッチンペーパーみたいなタオルだけでした。
