We stayed here three nights. The staff is amazing. They have the restaurant on site with typical Colombian food, which was very good. This is a very tranquil hotel. I do not recommend this hotel, the breakfast is terrible, the entire breakfast area remains dirty, they do not put enough food, I tried to tell the person in charge and she was rude. The location is good and the cleanliness. There is a lot of lack of customer service both at the front desk and in the managers.

We ate there once and disliked everything we ordered and it was super slow to serve even tho we were the only once there, as for kids my son had fun they had a trampoline and pool table and ping pong table so kid friendly, we lost power one night and there was no back up generator I guess it’s expected in these areas
