The good: Great window shades and AC in the room. The bathroom is nice too.
The bad:The parking situation is not adequate because there are 17 parking spaces for 42 rooms, and parking can't be reserved, but they don't tell you that. We arrived at midnight with a child, and we had no place to park. We had to drive to a parking garage by the Plaza Mayor and walk back. There are a couple of parking spaces in front of the hotel that are for short term to do check-in, but you're not allowed by the hotel to park there, unless you're the "directora" of the hotel, in which case it's fine to leave your car there.
This is supposed to be a four-star hotel, but a triple room was pretty crowded. Additionally, we were given only one bath towel for the three of us. Yes, I guess you can ask for more, but the point is that they did not prepare well for our arrival. That's not what you expect from a four-star facility. The third bed was a sofa bed, and it looked like a 70s style. It had metal rails on the side that made it very uncomfortable to sit on the edge to put on your shoes.
The breakfast option is expensive at 10€/person (yes, it's a buffet) because you can have a great breakfast for 1/3 of that at a local bar/cafe, just 200m away.
