Perth city is good, but Greater Perth is better -70 kms along coast & 40 kms wide. Trains are good but you need a car to reach the many excellent suburban centres and beaches. Fremantle and South Fremantle should not be missed & great places to stay.

Kings park is beautiful and a must visit when in Perth. Anywhere along the swan river was lovely. Perth appeared to be a nice clean city with lots of green spaces and little rubbish or graffiti. Rottnest island was a lovely day trip from Perth.

"Staff were helpful and welcoming. The hotel
Is nice, busy but still quiet. Very comfortable beds and nice bedrooms. Walking distance to some good dining options. I'll definitely stay here again. "
"The area is somewhat rundown but the hotel itself is spotless. The food options are very Asian and SE Asian. I had an excellent meal at a nearby Mexican restaurant.
My queen size bed was comfortable and my room was spotless. The hotel has been refurbished recently.
