Tokyo - Beautiful city
My husband & I had a wonderful stay. The staff were very friendly. A small breakfast bar was available everyday for your use. Getting around was quite easy. Subway system was helpful. Must buy a IC-succi card to save on Rail transportation. You’ll love a Tokyo’s, the disciplinary these people has is unique. Wish the rest of the world was so polite & kind.

10/10 for first time in Japan
It was my first time in Japan , and the staff made check in and out stress Free. One night the front desk even placed a pizza delivery order for me since I didn’t know how to use the room phone. Very Very friendly staff.

Very close to the skytree with excellent dinning establishments just a few minutes walk from the hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Complimentary drinks and hygiene products available 24/7 in the lobby and if you wake early enough there is even a light breakfast, but if shopping is more of your thing then it's only 3 stops on train from Akihabara. The only downside is the beds were a bit to hard for me but it comes down to preferences for that at the end of the day.

This is a great hotel with only a handful of rooms and the staff workers are helpful. It feels more personal than larger name chain hotels. This is one of the few times where I found myself using all of their services, including a free drink bar, free bread and croissants for breakfast, a portable wifi rental box with 10gb a day for 700 yen, and a luggage delivery service they partnered with. Very easy to get to from the airport and it's access to the Chuo sobu line makes it easy to get around the city.

Property was great, but lots of strip clubs & hourly rate motels in the area. I was with my family & surprised that the area had so many.

the beds were hard, with broken springs making them very uncomfortable. We booked here as it is very hard to find a room for 3 in Japan but the third ned was a converted couch which was the hardest of all the beds, very unpleasant to sleep on. The airconditioner leaked onto the beds so we had to change rooms. in the new room the aircon dripped but not onto the beds.

The room is very clean though not very spacious. They have complimentary light breakfast available and varieties of beverages to choose from in the lobby as well as toiletries during your stay. A home away from home. I will recommend this property.

Very nice and helpful staff, convenient location. Needs AC units and fans to be cleaned. Beds and pillows are very hard. Good price though so can't complain too much.

We stayed here for 18 nights. It's a good basic hotel. Convenient to the JR and Hanzomon Lines at Kinshicho Station (to the North), and the Toei Line Sumiyoshi Station (to the South). The beds are hard and the breakfast consists only of bread/ croissants/rolls and juice/coffee/tea. There is no place to gather as the lobby is ver small. It met our needs. There are lots of restaurants nearby, a coin laundry a few blocks away, and many convenience stores close by.

Stayed here for a week with my partner and had a wonderful time. Staff are very helpful and attentive and are there to help with any issue or provide advice. Our room was lovely and spacious with a wonderful view of Kinshichō. The room was spotlessly clean, and left to a very high standard after every cleaning.
The hotel itself is in a perfect area. It’s close to 2 train stations and has easy links to the rest of tokyo. As well as being in walking distance to the Skytower and to the beautiful Oyokogawa Shinsui Park walk. The area around is populated with great restaurants and shops, so we never went hungry.
Overall couldn’t have been happier with our stay, only bad thing is that we weren’t in Tokyo for longer :)
