The service : 5/5 - The receptinists are very kind to guests. - Speaking English very well. - Sending messages about important things - And the breakfast so nice The location and views : 4/5 - In front of room, there is a big lake. Nice one - Its far away from center of Dalat, but not to far by a taxi - Quiet scary when the sun is down.. The room condition : 2/5 - Except for the bed, there were spider web, lots of insects and ant houses..😂 - Made of wood, smells not very kind. It was great experience in this house.

the staff was amazing. They were helpful and very kind. We knew we were staying next to the lake we had an incident with a giant spider which we can’t complain nor is it the fault of the property they were very kind in capturing it and getting it out of of our room. However, we believe the room had bed bugs, both my companion and I had bites all over that were not mosquitos or spider bites these were bed bug bites. We didn’t notice until we were leaving and all the marks on our legs and back. The experience here was amazing bud sadly having bed bugs is not great !

Turned up soaking from rain. Checked in then had to walk through open air rain storm to get to room. Shoes left outside with no way to dry. Dorm room had no air con or any air movement which meant my clothes never dried overnight. Spiders with large webs they had clearly been working on a while above the bunk bed. Toilet was small and dirty. I wish I had paid a bit more and gone somewhere else. Left early to get to my next hotel to shower and dry off there.

Kjempefint, litt utenfor byen, ved en flott innsjø
Et veldig fint sted med en fantastisk utsikt utover en liten innsjø. Det ligger et stykke utenfor byen, og det er ikke så mye fasiliteter i området rundt hotellet. Restauranten ved siden av var veldig fin med god mat (tror den het The Seen House)!

Dejligt sted, med dejlige mennesker, men primitivt. Trækker lidt ned, at toilettet tilknyttet vores værelse ikke kunne anvendes, så fælles toilet måtte anvendes.
