サービス、清潔さは無し
犬用のプールは毛だらけで入らせようとも思わなかった。 部屋も蜘蛛の巣がはっていた 食事の際も事前に追加のオーダーを発注 いつまで経っても来ない。 結果違うところに持っていてたと。 20卓ほどしかないところで どうまちがえるのか。 売店でアイスクリームを買ったらスプーンがついておらず フロントに電話すると 取りに来てくれと 今時ビジネスホテルでも持ってきてくれる。 エレベーターも降りると廊下は ペットのおしっこ臭 もう少しお金出して 一棟貸などに行く方が数倍いいかとおもいます。

どこでも愛犬と一緒に居れるのでとても安心でした。 お天気が悪かったので外のドッグランは使用できませんでしたが、室内のは広くて、犬見知りのうちの子も走り回って楽しそうでした。 食事も美味しくて、担当のスタッフの方たちもとても感じよく良かったです。 一つだけ残念なのは、お風呂が温泉じゃなく、狭かったです。 また利用させてもらいます。 ありがとうございました😊

わんちゃんにとってはサイコーのホテル
とても清潔で綺麗でした。ただ部屋の入り口にペット用のトイレがあるためか、入った瞬間に犬臭さを感じました。なのでその周辺に消臭剤を置いたら良いのではないでしょうか。 わんちゃんにとってはとても快適にそして飼い主と一緒に過ごせるホテルなので安心できたのではと思います。 大浴場の窓大きくて海が見えるのは良いのですが、外から丸見えなのでは？と気になりました。
